- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine diced apples, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and seal the edges with a little melted butter.
- Brush the outside of the taquitos with remaining melted butter.
- Arrange taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas.
- You can substitute apples with pears or peaches.
