Description

Delicious air fryer apple pie taquitos with a crispy exterior and warm apple filling.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine diced apples, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and seal the edges with a little melted butter.
  5. Brush the outside of the taquitos with remaining melted butter.
  6. Arrange taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
