- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala, cumin, paprika, and salt.
- Add chicken pieces to the mixture. Coat well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place marinated chicken pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
