- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Peel the plantains and slice them thinly.
- In a bowl, toss the plantain slices with olive oil and salt.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the plantain slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy.
