- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- In a skillet, brown the patties on both sides.
- Place the patties in a baking dish.
- Top with mushrooms and pour beef broth over the patties.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.

- Substitute mushrooms with bell peppers if preferred.
