Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon bits, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into each mini phyllo cup.
- Place the filled cups on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and heated through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
