Instructions

  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, lightly toast the English muffins, cut side down, in the bacon drippings.
  4. Spread butter on the toasted muffins.
  5. Layer apple slices on each muffin half.
  6. Break the bacon into pieces and sprinkle on top of the apples.
  7. Add shredded cheese over the bacon and apples.
  8. Place the muffins on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
