- 2 English muffins
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, lightly toast the English muffins, cut side down, in the bacon drippings.
- Spread butter on the toasted muffins.
- Layer apple slices on each muffin half.
- Break the bacon into pieces and sprinkle on top of the apples.
- Add shredded cheese over the bacon and apples.
- Place the muffins on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
