Description
A simple and comforting Asian pepper steak recipe that is quick to prepare.
Ingredients

			- 1 pound flank steak, sliced thinly
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 onion, sliced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/2 cup beef broth
 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the sliced steak and marinate for 15 minutes.
 - Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
 - Add the marinated steak and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
 - Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
 - Pour in the beef broth and oyster sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
 
Notes
- You can use chicken or tofu instead of flank steak for a different protein option.
 - Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or carrots.
 - Serve over rice or noodles for a more filling meal.
