  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the sliced steak and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated steak and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and oyster sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
