  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add cubed tofu and soy sauce. Stir well to combine.
  5. If using, mix cornstarch with a little water and add to the pan. Stir until thickened.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.
