Instructions
- Heat a pot over medium heat and add the onion. Sauté until translucent.
- Add the garlic and asparagus. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until asparagus is tender.
- Blend the soup until smooth.
