- 500g minced lamb
- 200g fresh spinach
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add minced lamb to the pan, cook until browned.
- Add spinach, cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine lamb mixture, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- You can use ground beef or turkey instead of lamb.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
