  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add minced lamb to the pan, cook until browned.
  4. Add spinach, cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
  5. In a bowl, combine lamb mixture, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading evenly.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
