- 2 cups of crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 16 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add Baileys and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Remove from the pan and serve chilled.
Notes
- You can substitute the graham crackers with gluten-free cookies for a gluten-free option.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
- Try using a different flavored liqueur if you prefer.
