Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant if using.
  4. Layer ham and cheese inside each croissant.
  5. Place the croissants on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and the croissants are golden.
