Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
- Add the milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture. Stir well.
- Fold in the cubed bread until all pieces are soaked.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
