Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup and melted coconut oil to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Crack in the eggs and add vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
  5. In another bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
