Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
- Peel the bananas and slice them thinly.
- In a bowl, mix the banana slices with lemon juice and coconut oil.
- If you like, sprinkle cinnamon over the bananas.
- Place the banana slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 2 hours, flipping them halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
