- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with the buttermilk. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the pudding mix and crushed vanilla wafers.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
