Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheese until melted.
- Let the filling cool slightly.
- Take empanada dough and fill each round with 1-2 tablespoons of filling.
- Fold dough over and seal edges with a fork.
- Fry or bake until golden brown.
