Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, and cook until onions are soft.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add carrots and soy sauce.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  6. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  7. Add peas to the beef mixture and cook for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve the beef mixture over the egg noodles.
