- 1 pound beef stew meat
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, and cook until onions are soft.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Add carrots and soy sauce.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Add peas to the beef mixture and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Serve the beef mixture over the egg noodles.

- You can use chicken or vegetable broth for a different flavor.
- Substitute beef with chicken for a lighter option.
- Frozen vegetables can replace fresh ones.
