Description
A comforting beef broccoli noodle stir fry that’s easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 8 oz. beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz. rice noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for another minute.
- Add broccoli and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; stir well.
- Add cooked noodles and toss everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
Notes
- For a gluten-free option, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
- You can substitute beef with chicken or tofu for different flavors.
- Add bell peppers or carrots for extra veggies.
