Ingredients

  • 8 oz. rice noodles

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef slices and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, stir for another minute.
  5. Add broccoli and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil; stir well.
  7. Add cooked noodles and toss everything together.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
