Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the beef roast.
- Place the beef in the crockpot.
- Add chopped onion, sliced carrots, and diced potatoes.
- Pour in the beef broth.
- Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the beef with two forks and mix back into the stew.
