			- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 can black beans, drained
 - 1 cup corn
 - 1 cup enchilada sauce
 - 8 corn tortillas
 - 2 cups shredded cheese
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon cumin
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
 - Add black beans, corn, enchilada sauce, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
 - In a baking dish, layer four tortillas, followed by half of the beef mixture, and a layer of cheese.
 - Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, beef mixture, and cheese.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
