Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned.
  3. Drain excess fat. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a little enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and some cheese, then roll them up.
  6. Place rolled tortillas in the baking dish seam side down.
  7. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
