- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned.
- Drain excess fat. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a little enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and some cheese, then roll them up.
- Place rolled tortillas in the baking dish seam side down.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
