Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, eggs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread a little extra ketchup on top of the loaf for added flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
