A comforting beef mince and spinach flatbread pizza that’s easy to prepare and delicious.

			- 1 pound beef mince
 - 2 cups fresh spinach
 - 1 flatbread
 - 1 cup shredded cheese
 - 1 cup pizza sauce
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - Salt to taste
 - Pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a skillet, cook the beef mince over medium heat until browned.
 - Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
 - Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
 - Spread pizza sauce evenly over the flatbread.
 - Layer the beef and spinach mixture on top of the sauce.
 - Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef and spinach.
 - Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
 - Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
 
Notes
- You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef for a lighter option.
 - For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free flatbread.
 - Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
