A comforting beef mince ramen stir fry that is easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 200g beef mince
- 2 packets of ramen noodles
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef mince and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in soy sauce, cooked noodles, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you have on hand.
- You can substitute beef with chicken or tofu for a different flavor.
- Adjust soy sauce to suit your taste.
