- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce.
- Add vegetables and simmer until tender.
- Mix in the cooked noodles and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
