Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and beef. Cook until beef is browned.
  3. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add mushrooms and bok choy. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
