Ingredients

- 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and beef. Cook until beef is browned.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Add mushrooms and bok choy. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can use chicken or vegetable broth for a different flavor.
- Substitute beef with tofu for a vegetarian option.
- Add more vegetables like carrots or spinach if desired.
