Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef chuck, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef in the crock pot.
- Add the carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
- In a separate bowl, mix the beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the broth mixture over the ingredients in the crock pot.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
