			- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
 - 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
 - Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
 - Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
 - Add mixed vegetables and soy sauce, stir well.
 - Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Serve hot over rice or noodles.
