- 1/2 cup of dried fruits (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, oats, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add chopped nuts and dried fruits if using.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool and cut into squares or bars.
Notes
- Replace honey with agave syrup for a vegan option.
- Use gluten-free oats if needed.
