- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully remove leaves from the sour cabbage.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf.
- Roll the leaf tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Place rolled cabbage in a baking dish.
- Pour tomato sauce and water over the rolls.
- Cover the dish with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour.

- You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
- Brown rice can replace white rice for a healthier option.
