			- 2 pounds of beef steak
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon pepper
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 4 cloves of garlic, minced
 - 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
 - 2 cups of green beans, trimmed
 - 1 tablespoon butter
 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
 - 1 lemon, juiced
 
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
 - Add the steak and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
 - Remove the steak and let it rest.
 - In the same pan, add garlic and mushrooms; sauté until soft.
 - Add green beans and butter, cooking until beans are tender.
 - Stir in thyme and lemon juice.
 - Slice the steak and serve with the mushrooms and green beans.

- You can substitute beef with chicken or tofu for a different protein.
