			- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar
 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 - 2 tablespoons bourbon
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Peel and cube the butternut squash.
 - In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, bourbon, salt, and pepper.
 - Add the cubed squash to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
 - Spread the squash on a baking sheet in a single layer.
 - Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
 - Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

- Substitute maple syrup for brown sugar for a different sweetness.
 - Use a different squash variety like acorn or pumpkin if preferred.
