- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1 cup of boursin cheese
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the spinach and garlic mixture.
- Stir in the boursin cheese until well combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- If using, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
