Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 cup of diced ham or cooked sausage
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Optional: diced vegetables like bell peppers or spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and place them in the bottom of the dish, pressing them together to form a crust.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the diced ham or sausage and shredded cheese to the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the crescent roll crust.
  7. If using, sprinkle diced vegetables on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
