- 1 can of crescent rolls
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of diced ham or cooked sausage
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Optional: diced vegetables like bell peppers or spinach
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and place them in the bottom of the dish, pressing them together to form a crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced ham or sausage and shredded cheese to the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the crescent roll crust.
- If using, sprinkle diced vegetables on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use turkey sausage for a leaner option.
- Substitute vegetables based on your preference.
- This can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
