- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the egg mixture and stir well.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced vegetables until tender.
- Mix the sautéed vegetables into the egg mixture.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
