Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, vegetables, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
- Cook until set, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place the cooked eggs onto the whole grain wrap.
- Roll the wrap tightly and cut in half.
- Enjoy warm or wrap in foil for later.
