Instructions

- Crack the egg into the pan and cook until the white is set.
- While the egg cooks, toast the bread in a toaster or on another pan.
- Add cheese on top of the egg to melt.
- Assemble the sandwich: place the egg (and bacon or sausage) between the two slices of bread.
