Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
