			- 4 cups broccoli florets
 - 1 cup shredded carrots
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
 - 1/2 cup raisins
 - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
 - 2 tablespoons honey
 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets.
 - In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
 - In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
 - Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well to combine.
 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
 - Serve cold and enjoy your meal.
