- 2 pounds of baby potatoes
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar

- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the baby potatoes, then cut them in half.
- In a large baking dish, combine brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the potatoes to the dish and mix well to coat them.
- Pour the water into the dish.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir the potatoes halfway through cooking for even flavor.
