Description

Tender butter steak bites served with flavorful garlic herb potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add halved baby potatoes and cook until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  4. Remove potatoes and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt.
  6. Add steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
  8. Return potatoes to the skillet and mix well.
  9. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy.

  • Use any cut of steak you prefer, such as sirloin or ribeye.
  • Feel free to substitute potatoes with sweet potatoes for a different flavor.
