Description
Tender butter steak bites served with flavorful garlic herb potatoes.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add halved baby potatoes and cook until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Remove potatoes and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt.
- Add steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook steak for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
- Return potatoes to the skillet and mix well.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Use any cut of steak you prefer, such as sirloin or ribeye.
- Feel free to substitute potatoes with sweet potatoes for a different flavor.
- Adjust garlic and herbs to your taste.
