- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups bread cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the butternut squash, bread cubes, onion, celery, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until the squash is tender.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.

- Swap vegetable broth for chicken broth if desired.
