Ingredients

- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup peanuts or almonds (optional)
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butterscotch chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in the chow mein noodles until fully coated.
- Add peanuts or almonds and mini marshmallows if desired.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper.
- Let cool until set.
