- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, coat the sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.

- You can use shrimp instead of chicken for a seafood option.
- Substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a lighter version.
