Description
A delicious and hearty Cajun seafood boil perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

			- 2 lbs of shrimp, deveined
 - 2 lbs of crab legs
 - 1 lb of mussels
 - 4 ears of corn, cut in half
 - 1 lb of small potatoes
 - 4 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
 - 1 lemon, quartered
 - 4 cloves of garlic, minced
 - Water, enough to fill the pot
 
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
 - Add the Cajun seasoning and garlic to the boiling water.
 - Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
 - Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
 - Add the shrimp and crab legs, cooking for 3-5 minutes until shrimp turns pink.
 - Stir in the mussels and cook until they open, about 3 minutes.
 - Remove the pot from heat and drain the water.
 - Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
 
Notes
- Feel free to substitute shrimp with chicken for a non-seafood option.
 - Adjust the Cajun seasoning for a milder flavor.
 - Use vegetable broth instead of water for added flavor.
 - Ensure all seafood is fresh for the best taste.
