Ingredients

- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat.
- Stir gently until the sugar dissolves.
- Allow the mixture to boil without stirring until it turns a deep amber color.
- Remove from heat and carefully add heavy cream and butter.
- Stir until smooth and fully combined.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Let cool before transferring to a jar.

- Use milk or a non-dairy alternative for a different flavor.
