Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, cayenne, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.

  6. Roll the dough into small balls and coat them in powdered sugar.
  7. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
