Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Stir in the cheddar cheese and chives.
- Slowly add the milk, mixing until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Roll out to about 1 inch thick and cut into circles.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
