Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, shredded cheese, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- If using, add steamed vegetables to the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
